Friday Vibes takes a spin around the web and weaves together pieces for living your best life. Here are a few things I'm crushing on this week.
Munch: Cauliflower is a fabulously mild yet antioxidant-rich option when trying to get as many veggies in your day-to-day as possible. This faux-mac-and-cheese capitalizes on the bold flavor punch of nutritional yeast to give you your cheesy fix, and sans-bacon this recipe is great for vegans.
Make: The snuggle is strong with this geometric plus quilt. I love the simplicity and clean aesthetic, and yet my imagination is running away with all the potential color and pattern combinations. If you've ever thought about learning to quilt, this is a great pattern for beginners.
Move: 20 minutes a day (or more!) of movement is key to the foundation of living your best life and this quick video is perfect when you want to amp up the cardio. Just one set of 5# weights and you're 20 minutes away from a total endorphin rush.
Motivate: Turn your can'ts into cans and your dreams into plans.
